With fermenting, bottling and conditioning in mind, October is just around the corner!!  If you haven't already brewed your competition beer it's time to get on to it.

The "Beer Of the Year" brewing challenge for 2011 is an English Ale (think Wizard Smith by Boag's)

All homebrewers are encouraged to have a crack at making their best beer fitting the theme and bring it along  (plus a few to share) on the night to be judged for the Brewmaster's and Peoples' Choice Awards.

Brewmaster's Choice

All beers are professionally judged by the world class Brew Master of our famous local brewery. They will also be tasted by fellow brewing challengers.

Three randomly selected representative tasters (names drawn from the annual trophy stein!) taste all beers and must unanimously choose the favourite!
